Again, PIERRE HERME has produced seasonal cup cake from Seven Eleven. This time, it’s a strawberry. Have you ever seen such an elegant and elaborate cup cake at any convenience store? Though, the sizing is small but it is made politely from the bottom to the top. You would be satisfied with the visual as well. From the bottom, there are rich custard cream, moist sponge cake, rich custard cream again, sweet strawberry jam with its pulp with sponge cake in the center of the jam, strawberry mousse, and strawberry paste at the top which is a little sweet but have more sourness. This sourly strawberry paste might control the sweetness of this cake as a whole. It doesn’t have the sweetness which stimulate your brain like an eclair version, but it is elegant and tasty. You should better try and feel this specialty that you can only experience at this season.
