That’s RIZAP. Again, it’s not just tasty but high in protein and low in fat. It’s very mild and thick, not soft but have some stiffness. Also you would not feel some kind of powdery tastes that you probably feel when eating usual cocoa pudding. And it feels like the pudding is sticking to your tongue. Not sweet but not too simple, just good. It is very nice to have more than 10 grams of protein while eating delicious pudding. This is the sweet for those whom doing low carb dieting.
