Very thick pudding using Ebisu Pumpkin and Ajihei Pumpkin. The existence of pumpkin on your tongue and around your throat is great. There is a caramel sauce at the bottom, which is rare for pumpkin pudding, but doesn’t tastes much of it because it might be soaked into the pudding itself. The flavor and after taste remains pumpkin’s greenish feeling, so it’s not really like a sweet that can be recommended for whom don’t like pumpkin. But it is recommended for pumpkin lovers, for sure.
