Bubble on the surface reminds me of Japanese ‘Chawanmushi’ which is steamed egg custard with assorted ingredients, which is not sweet at all. Very smooth pudding and the caramel is brighter than usual one. Guessing it uses very selected ingredients as it shown on its name and packaging, but my tongue is not good enough to feel it which I feel very sorry. However, it tastes very okay, though. This product is sold at any supermarket.
