Overall Evaluation

Excellent. Pie is thick and crispy. The custard cream and rich strawberry jam are matched perfectly. Also, the sugar sauce and the sugar powder are well matched all together. I want more! I guess this is as good as the one made by a good bakery around your place. This feeling is close to the one I have experienced when I was kid, the first time when I ate Yamazaki’s apple pie. Then I found out that this is manufactured by Yamazaki as well. That’s why. But, the calories are not so high, and carbs are lower than 30 grams, that is so nice!
