Looks pop and light, but satisfaction level is high. I don’t know but it’s could be using Japanese chestnut because the name ‘Kuri-kinton’ (Japanese Chestnut sweet) is used. Perhaps. There is nothing mentioned about using Japanese chestnut on the package, the product name tells, that’s it. The cake is made of chiffon at the bottom followed by chestnut cream, whip cream, chiffon, and chestnut cream again. And chestnut whip cream and small sized half cut chestnut on top. The chestnut tastes very sweet like a marron glaces. Nice.
