Tastes simple and nice. The coffee jelly cut in square is not too soft, not too stiff, not too sweet and not too bitter. Just easy to eat without strong habits. The coffee mousse on the coffee jelly is something like a middle of cream and mousse, not actually an airy mousse. And there is whipped cream on top which makes the whole taste more mild. This is a jelly that has an acquired tastes. It is nice to have many dietary fibers as well.
