Looks quite nice. Using cream cheese of ‘Arla foods’, the purveyor to the royal household of Denmark. Of course I’ve never heard of the brand, but that sounds something special. The texture is very silky and moist. Tastes not too thick but surprisingly plain. The sweetness is light and the flavor of cheese is mild, not too strong. Feels Elegant. The thing on top, which is thinly coated is apricot jam. I like the combination of cheese cake and apricot jam. The price would be a little high but it uses enough amount of protein, meaning it uses cheese properly, so you could be accepted. And it is interesting that it uses special shape of plastic container to keep the shape of the sweet. That’s Yamazaki. Adaptability is high.
