Overall Evaluation

This is nice. First of all, it’s harder than I have expected. Very stiff and you would need to use a little power to scoop. From my experience, the hard sweet is always nice. It uses sweet potatos called ‘Beni Haruka’ and ‘Annnou Imo’, both are made in Kagoshima, Japan. Don’t know the difference of the tastes, anyway. The flavor of sweet potatos and cheese matches very well. Though, the cup size is relatively small but it’s thick and would make you satisfy.
