Very unique product for convenience store’s sweet and relatively big for a sweet. Firstly, it was very sad that the top brown color part of sponge came off when taking out from the package. I took it out from the package very carefully and put it on the sponge when I took a picture. The egg yolk sauce in the center of the sponge is very rich and nice. And it is also nice to have more than 8g of protein and less than 20g of carb. in it. It may be a hard evaluation because I like castella very much, though, not especially good as castella product.
