Strong flavor of strawberry. The sponge is moist and tastes really strawberry. The whipped cream is not so fluffy but feels a little watery. It is a bit disappointed that the half cut strawberry looks much smaller than the image of the packaging. And, it tastes nice actually, but a little expensive, I suppose.
