Family Mart’s sweet potato grown in Tanegashima. Thick and nice. Very rich and feels like eating sweet potato as it is. Not so big but thick and filling. The amount of carbs are just under the limitation of 30 gram, but glad to have it because there are so many sweets which contains more than 30 grams at Family Mart compare to other convenience store chain.
