Pudding using astringent skin of chestnut paste produced in Kumamoto Prefecture. Autumn is coming. Tastes creamy but the texture and flavor of chestnut paste remains on your tongue firmly. You could feel the chestnut on your throat. Good to be not too sweet. The Autumn colored packaging is lovely as well.
