Well, it’s hard to evaluate as pudding. You wouldn’t think it as pudding if it doesn’t say anything about pudding on its name. The egg is almost absorbed by flour staff so that you couldn’t find the existence of usual pudding in it. It is okay as a kind of sweet product, though. Or, it is more like middle of french toast and Japanese sweet fried egg. And, not just this sweet but I don’t quite understand the good point of using wet almond on the cake.
