What the .. Italian Pudding? Tastes very new ! It’s more like a heavy baked cheese cake than to be called a pudding. It doesn’t lose shape at all even if you put a spoon in it because of a low water content. Rich but taste relatively light. I don’t know this is really like a Italian pudding or not, but nice.
