Revised version of ‘Italian Mont Blanc Cake‘ with same price. Actually I’m not sure what is revised, but tastes rich as last version. The appearance becomes more simple and easier to recognize the materials being used. It looks four layers, rich chestnut whip cream on top, whip cream, chestnut paste, and chestnut mousse at the bottom. Inside, there are chestnut paste at upper part, and sponge cakes at both upper and lower part. By the way, I prefer the appearance of last version, tastes both good, though.
