Overall Evaluation
This is excellent, to say the least. Chocolate lovers and eclair lovers must try. I have had some eclair of PIERRE HERME but I like it the best, so far. The thick puff dough is chewy and seems to be tasty with just itself. Inside the puff, there are rich and thick chocolate bar beneath, which length is as same as the puff, and plenty of rich chocolate cream on that. It was actually flooded. Less than 30 grams of carbs with this size and quality is unbelievable. Thank you! And it’s nice to have quite a lot of protein in it. The nice sweets always use egg properly, after all.
