Surprised. Tastes and looks Tiramisu properly inside. Not thick but chewy crepe dough with rich Tiramisu cream and bitter and wet cocoa sponge at the center. The sweetness of Tiramisu cream and bitter and wet texture of cocoa sponge matches very well. And the round shaped crepe dough which covers Tiramisu inside looks cute and nice. You could eat it very quickly, may want more.
