Overall Evaluation

A collaboration cream puff with Eitaro Sohonpo, a Japanese traditional confectionery store which established at Edo era. The harmony of red bean and molasses is so nice. Inside a little thick dough, there are full of whipped cream which contains molasses and sweet red bean beneath. Honestly, Japanese traditional confectionery tend to have too much sugar in it, so I often can’t pick it up. But this is less than 30 grams of carbs, how nice.
