Overall Evaluation
So far, I like it the best in the ‘Souffle & Cream’ series. Full of mountain like whipped cream on top, light colored chocolate cream beneath, and very moist and rich chocolate souffle at the bottom. The chocolate souffle has a texture that melts in the mouth, so much different from the other tea flavored souffle series. What’s the definition of ‘souffle’? Three-color gradation is also nice.
