This is nice. Light, but tastes very rich and filling. 4 layers of chocolate chiffon and chocolate cream in it. And cocoa powder and chocolate whip cream on top. They are all so thick and rich. There also is a little crispy texture which might be cookie as shown on the package. But it’s really a little, what the..  Anyway, it is surprising that this cake contains 4.9 grams of dietary fiber.
