LAWSON’s chocolate cake. Excellent. Very rich with cheese. But not creamy if you eat as it is. A little stiff but tastes very thick as a whole. Bottom 1/3 is chocolate chiffon, top 2/3 tastes like milk chocolate with cheese, I guess, and creamy chocolate cream between. However, if you don’t use microwave and eat as it is, you might not find the creamy chocolate cream. Though, it doesn’t matter, just nice. Better try with microwave next time. Chocolate lovers should try this.
