Spring has come. A butter cream sandwich cookie that you could feel the beginning of warm season. The biscuit is crispy and not so hard. Therefore, the butter cream is not pushed out from the biscuits between. The flavor of the strawberry butter is strong and it remains in your mouth for a while. The color of the strawberry butter is not really a strawberry red but more like a cherry blossom pink, have you feel spring. The after taste is not so sweet. It is actually expensive for just a butter cream sandwich cookie, but looks nice and may be good as a seasonal gift.
