Nice. A cheese tart using four kinds of Hokkaido made cheese. Don’t know what the four kinds of cheese are, but rich and tasty, anyway. But the edge of the tart is so soft that it’s very difficult to hold and eat. The bottom of the tart has some hardness. You would be shocked to see it crumbles if you eat if outside. You shouldn’t eat it in the car as well. Better have it in your home and put it on the dish. The price is reasonable, easy to repeat.
