And there is a clear jelly called nappage liquid around egg yolk sauce. It is recommended to mix the egg yolk sauce and nappage liquid together and eat with milk pudding. Also it has caramel sauce at the bottom. The taste is just like a “Ah, I see”. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look good in a photograph after mixing egg yolk sauce and nappage liquid.
