Pudding using sap of Chichibu maple trees in Japan. Tastes very maple. Pudding itself is very soft and sinks at every scoop. And the flavor of maple remains for a while even after you finished eating. Not a pudding enjoying the taste of egg, but tastes okay. It is sold at supermarket.
