Again, a collaboration sweet with Pierre Herme. This is a eclair version of Marron Chocolate cup cake which I had before. There are rich chocolate cream at the bottom, thinly spread whipped cream above, and full of chestnut cream on top in the little stiff and chewy dough. Because the tastes of chocolate cream is strong so that it is a bit difficult to feel the flavor of chestnut cream enough, but for whom loves eclair and mont blanc cake would probably be able to enjoy. The packaging design and the luxury feeling when opening the package is nice as well.
