Overall Evaluation

This is quite creative cream puff with creme brulee on top, but tastes nice. Custard cream and banana is well matched and custard cream itself has fruity flavor. I don’t know whether the flavor is from banana or custard cream, though. The cream brulee  on top is nice but hard so it’s difficult to bite together with cream puff below. However it’s very nice to eat together.
