Not a coffee tasted chocolate cake, but rather a coffee jelly and chocolate cake. The coffee jelly is cut in square, looks gorgeous with gold powder and tastes thick and hard. It seems like chocolate cream and chiffon are covered with coffee jelly at the center. However, I don’t feel a synergistic effect between coffee jelly and chocolate cake inside, they exist totally different. The amount of chiffon is small and it feels like the main part of this sweet is coffee jelly. Tastes something odd on your tongue. A little disappointed because the price is not cheap, actually.
