Very soft and moist cookie sandwich which is easy to fragile if holding a little tight. Some may don’t like the softness, but it might be better to be like this when merging with cheese cream. It is true that many times the materials between the hard cookie sand comes out almost all with only one bite. There is rich strawberry sauce at the center of cheese cream. The tastes is not too sweet as a whole. It looks simple and clear. The design using cheese cream and the strawberry colored cookie crumbs on top of the cookie sand is cute as well.
