A butter cream cake, which looks and tastes like a cheese cake. Actually, I didn’t know that it was not a cheese cake until some bites, but if you know the information that it’s a butter cream cake then you would feel the flavor of butter strongly. It’s like adding a financier to the cheese cake. Upper 1/3 is like a thick cheese cake and bottom 2/3 is like a stiff cream cheese. Tastes okay. It leaves a butter flavored aftertaste.
