This cheese cake is very hard but not really rich. The particles of the surface is very fine and looked different from other baked or no-baked cheese cake. It looks more like a butter, and tastes light. And there is a little chiffon at the bottom and also very few crispy cookie in it. It contains relatively less carbs but high in fat, might be using more butter?
