A Mont Blanc Cake like Sweet Potato cup cake using sweet potato produced in Kagoshima Prefecture, a representative of Autumn. By the way, it doesn’t use any chestnuts in it so that it might be something strange to call it a Mont Blanc Cake, but tastes actually like a Mont Blanc Cake. There are soft chiffon at the bottom, whip cream above, chiffon again, some crunchy biscuits and white bean paste in places, and orange colored sweet potato cream on top. The orange color of Sweet Potato and black-seeded sesame emphasize the figure of three-dimensional feeling. With this amount and tastes, your satisfaction level could be high.
