First Impression, “Bloody Expensive!”. A financier with this size, almost 200 yen! Well, how about the taste, then. Okay, the texture is the hardest financier that I have ever had. The reason of hard texture might be because of using white bean paste for the material. Smells strong flavor of almond and butter, tastes more thick white bean paste than general finacier. The weight of this financier could be nearly double of general financier, but a little too expensive. It might not be the price that everybody can easily buy at conveniece store. Tastes not bad, but the price override the tastes.
