Tastes very rich. Small but heavy. Doesn’t taste really luxury but enough for the price. The texture is like a compressed steamed pancake and some rich chocolate cream at the bottom. It seems to have no alcohol but I felt the flavor of brandy only a little. It has good amount of protein, meaning it uses egg sufficiently.
