Well, it’s difficult to evaluate. Tastes high in cacao, indeed. But it doesn’t really enhancing the quality of itself. The combined sourness of cacao and cheese might not work well, I guess. Not bad, actually. Is Tiramisu good because it is not mixing chocolate and cheese but is in layers?
