A collaboration sweet with TV drama on TBS Japan. There are very stiff cookie crumbles at the bottom, cheese mousse and whipped cheese cream with small pieces of the flesh of an apple continues. And small pieces of the flesh of an apple is placed on top again with cinnamon caramel sauce. Honestly, I prefer the past two collaboration sweets. The tastes of whipped cheese cream and cheese mousse are so much alike, so it’s difficult to feel each characteristics. Also, because the cookie crumbles are very stiff, you would not feel a sense of unity as a cake. Not bad at all as a whole, but the price is high, so the evaluation level becomes high.
